Part 2 of this paper presents the results of applying the analysis introduced in the first paper. In this experiment, 100 Mt of fiber optic have been inserted into a coiled SST tube (1/4 in. OD, 0.049 in. wall thickness) of the same length (100 Mt). This tube is coiled around a wood reel with a diameter equal to 3-ft and a 1-ft height equal to one foot. The main conclusion of this experiment is that the concept is viable and executable. The formulation has been completely developed for different variable numerical values and that makes this analysis versatile for multiple situations and materials. The same technique may be used with other materials such as copper wire.
